Society of Photographers Convention and Symposium this
March 27-30, 2008.
In addition
to an entire symposium of seminars, workshops, and lectures,
photographers from all over the world will be competing in one
of the most lucrative amateur photography contests ever.
$25,000
in cash and prizes will be awarded, including two $10,000
Grand Prizes--two of the largest cash prizes ever awarded

weekend of workshops and lectures by professional photographers
from across America that will explore in detail the issues
that really matter to them. We will also have panel discussions
so photographers will have the opportunity to personally
interact with our distinguished educators. Each attendee
will also receive a massive amount of educational material
that has been specially created for this historic event."

This

one of the richest and most extravagant amateur photography

This contest will be a highlight of our 2008 convention,

Each
attending photographer will receive a personalized Outstanding
Achievement in Amateur Photography Crystal Award Trophy (a
$300.00 value). This award is a magnificent work of art,
made from imported lead crystal. It is hand-engraved and
mounted on a beautiful wood base. This will be
the first time ever that we have bestowed these crystal awards.
It has been created by artisans that we have commissioned
specially for this year's event.
